Game of MITO: The Journey Begins

The most anticipated moment of 2024 – Game of MITO – went live on November 28, 2024. In November alone, over 60,000 users engaged with Mitosis’ Ecosystem-Owned Liquidity (EOL) through an interactive, gamified environment. The testnet will run through December 22nd 00:00 AM UTC, offering users the opportunity to experience Mitosis' EOL through its ecosystem Dapps.

MITO Convert Drop Structure

users can earn future MITO token allocations based on their testnet performance:

• 70% weight allocated to testnet MITO holdings
• 30% weight for other testnet assets

Major Community Events

Mitosis Game Night - Bangkok

November's highlight was our vibrant community gathering at Hard Rock Cafe Bangkok. The event featured:

• Gaming sessions including FC 25 and League of Legends against the Mitosis team
• Networking opportunities with the Mitosis team
• Keynote presentation by Founder Jake
• Interactive prediction games for both in-person and our Discord users

The event's success was marked by an unprecedented turnout from both Mitosis’ local Thai community and its Discord users. Winners from the event were rewarded and recognized for their performance during the Mitosis Game Night with exclusive merch and the @Devcon 2024 Discord role.

Multichain Garden of Eden

Our co-hosted event with Initia and Abstract brought together industry leaders for engaging discussions on:

• Layer 1/2 vs Appchain development
• The future of interoperability
• Mitosis EOL's role in redefining the DeFi liquidity stack
• Fundraising strategies in the current market

Ecosystem Growth

Native AMM Development

Chromo, our first natively built AMM on Mitosis L1, was introduced through the second episode of our Dapp Highlight Series. This marks a significant step in building out Mitosis’ ecosystem core infrastructure.

DVX Integration

A special Twitter Space featuring DVX showcased another valuable addition to our growing ecosystem, welcoming another DeFi protocol to Mitosis EOL.

Mantle Yield Lab Participation

November marked Mitosis' entry into the Mantle Yield Lab program, joining seven other leading DeFi protocols in this initiative. As one of the selected protocols, Mitosis participated in a program featuring a 1M $MNT prize pool, advocating for cross-chain yield opportunities. This collaboration led to developments in early December with the launch of the Mitosis cmETH Expedition on Mantle, giving users another way to participate in Mitosis’ Expedition Campaign.

Community Framework Evolution

Enhanced Role Progression

November saw the implementation of our refined community leadership pathway, with a focus on organic growth and meaningful contributions. The new framework introduces clearer progression paths:

• Gakusei (Community Contributor)
• Daigakusei (Community Guide)
• Sensei (Community Leader)

Praise System Expansion

Significant updates to our Praise system include:

• Extended accessibility across all channels for Settler role and above
• New bi-monthly quantification schedule
• Double MORSE rewards for December (20 MORSE) to celebrate Game of MITO's launch

Anti-Sybil Framework

To maintain community integrity, we introduced comprehensive measures to ensure fair participation and protect genuine contributors, emphasizing our commitment to authentic community engagement.
